Chase Louderback, born and raised in Page County, received his Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech. He began his real estate career in 2012, as a sophomore in college, with the purchase of his first investment property. In the past 10 years, he has assisted numerous Buyers and Sellers in the Valley - ranging from investment property sales to first time homeowners.  Chase possesses strong proficiency in investment analysis, local market trends, and an extensive network which allow him to be a critical asset for assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions, both commercial and residential.  Chase has been assisting clients since early 2017 and building his own residential & commercial portfolio in the area since 2012.

Chase is also the co-host of the Harrisonburg Real Estate Investors group. In his free time, Chase enjoys working out, playing guitar, reading and spending his free time with friends and family.
